So often we get stuck in a routine; wake up, go to school, go to work, go back home, do homework, go to sleep. These routines become our life and spill over into every single thing we do, even how we spend our time in the gym. How many of you have a set gym schedule that looks something like this; 10 -20 minutes of cardio (treadmill, spin, elliptical, stair climber), 30 minutes of weight training, stretch. We get into this habit of doing the same thing every time we go to the gym, sure we may change-up the order in which we do our exercises or do certain things on different days but we generally follow a set routine.
